- Shipping Notice -
Tracking codes do not properly work for Italy, Canada and Australia.
Once the package has left Mexico, it will stop showing further updates. Please contact your local post office for more info on the whereabouts of your package.

- CANADA Shipping notice -
Shipping might happen during the post strikes, in this case please patiently wait for your order to arrive. If your order hasn't arrived within a month of the strikes being over, please send me an email.

Mexico: 3 USD
International: 5-9 USD

When will you ship my order?
It might take me 1-4 weeks to prepare and ship out your order depending on the current amount of orders. Since it's only me preparing all orders, it might take some time. Thanks for your patience.

*If you need your order to be shipped for an urgent date, please let me know and I will give priority to it.

Shipping method and tracking?
I use the standard shipping method. All orders include tracked shipping and it will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped out.

Delivery time
Mexico: 1-2 weeks
International: 3-8 weeks

I would like to add more items to my order/ I would like to combine 2 orders, is it possible?
Yes! You can contact me to charge you for the wished items to add or to combine your order and refund you your extra shipping fee.

Can I change my address?
Sure, pal! But only before your order has been shipped out.
Please make sure you have correctly typed down your address.

I wasn't able to receive my package/ My local post office didn't notify me about a delivery attempt, so what will happen to my package?
Your package will most likely be shipped back to me. In this case your order can be shipped once again to you after paying for the indicated shipping fee.

*Please stay alert for any notifications and whereabouts of your package to avoid any problems.

My package has exceeded the estimated delivery time, what do I do?
Please contact your country's standard mail service for more help. You can send me an email and I'll be glad to help in any way I can by checking with my own country's mail service. After evaluating the situation, your order will be shipped to you once again.


**For any refunds please contact me first to clarify any misunderstanding and make the process faster.
Please have in mind that refunds will only be made regarding the items and not shipping fee unless stated otherwise.


✿ When buying you agree with all store policies ✿

The products may have minor manufacturing defects. All products are checked and carefully packaged before shipping them to you. Please have in mind that during shipment the products may receive minor scratches. 

Refunds or replacements only apply to major defects and damages and can only be requested 5 days after you have received your order. Please send me a photo along with your request.

After shipping your order, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Please stay alert for any emails I may send to you after your order has been made.
